As you may have been following, I was crowned Brighton Girl of the Year in 2024 with Brighton Girl Network. I was nominated again for Brighton Girl in 2025 with an additional nomination in the Event of the Year category with Black Brighton Market. Unfortunately I didn’t win last year but was proud to have handed down my crown to a well deserved, motivated, tenacious and inspirational young lady, Kaia Allen-Bowden.
Now I have been nominated for a third year, for the category of Creative Girl of the Year, and I really want it! Here’s what you need to know:
- Nominations close on the 30th of December (you don’t need to worry about that, I’ve already been nominated!)
- Voting: 6th January – 4th March
- Finalist Announcement: 8th March – The Top 5 Finalists for each category will be announced on International Women’s Day!
- Judging will begin, with the finalists being invited for a chat with the judging panel. The judging panel will be made up of representatives from the Brighton Girl team, award sponsors and experts.
- Awards announced: 19th March – An Awards Ceremony will take place on Thursday 19th March at 6.30pm from The Old Market!
Your vote would mean so much me, I have worked so hard on my career as a creative and this award would be an honour to win and acknowledge all the work I’ve done on both mine and others creativity.
