What happens if I order pre-ordered prints and other items from your shop?
You will receive your non pre-order items as stated in delivery T&C’s. Your prints will be delivered separately as guided above.
Do I still have to pay for delivery on pre-order prints?
Yes, if you are buying from outside of the UK, you will stay have to purchase delivery and your pre-ordered prints will be sent as guided above. If you are ordering from the UK, delivery is free.
Can I change my pre-order sale?
Yes, as long as it is before the 21st, and I am contacted to pay or receive a refund of the difference.
How can I be sure you received my pre-order?
With every sale you will receive an email of confirmation, information including what was purchased, date of print and delivery date.
